Error description

• The dump was taken because routine FKXDPV7A received DVIPA
  health and target data, but not distributed data.  This is not
  an invalid circumstance, however FKXDPV7A treats it as an
  unexpected combination.

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  Module FKXDVP7A expects to receive three types of DVIPA data,
  DVIPA targets, DVIPA Health and Sysplex.  Analysis of the
  provided dump shows that only Target and Health data was
  received.  FKXDVP7A detected that the required Sysplex data was
  not available, so it terminated with the messages and U0600
  abend.
  

Problem conclusion

• Consultation with the IBM z/OS Communications Server team
  revealed that the Sysplex data may not always be available, but
  this is not to be treated as an error condition. Module FKXDVP7A
  was modified to handle this condition without abending.
