Problem

BLQWSWRT: CONFIG data not initialized error when trying to verify the Web Access for Information Management for z/OS (WAI) installation

Symptom

Trying to verify the WAI Installation (page 23 of the SC32-1427-01), received the following when clicking on the logo, then selecting the "Test Webserver" from the BLQADMIN.html dialog:
