APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Data sets migrated with CONSOLIDATE_ALL option can have an
  invalid USED TRACKS value and the last volume indicator may be
  incorrect causing an abend S637-BC when reading.
  

Local fix

• Do not use CONSOLIDATE_ALL option.

  An abend S637-BC can occur while reading a sequential data
  set and the used tracks value can be incorrect for data sets
  migrated with the CONSOLIDATE_ALL option.
  

Problem conclusion

• The last volume indicator and last track/record used values
  are now reassessed at divert.
