Error description

  • An abend0c4 rsn04 (pic04) occurred in user code (C++) when the
    ISPF VIIF service was used by C++ program running in the LE
    environment. The LE environment doesnot appear to be correctly
    initialized and R13 does not point to a valid DSA. Addresses
    loaded from it to address other control blocks are incorrect, in
    this case it was zeroes, causing a subsequent store instruction
    to attempt storing into the MVS PSA.
