Error description

After starting the MIRROR, the MIRROR appears online at the
acting HUB for 6 minutes, then goess oflfine for a period of
time, then appears online and stays online. The MIRROR is up and
appears to be functioning normally during the whole time frame.


This problem does not affect the true state of the environment
and the MIRROR can take over as acting HUB successfully during
this this time period. The act HUB does continue to synchronize
data to the MIRROR.
