Controller freezes/hangs when clicking 'preview' inside opening 'log reports' after importing data

Troubleshooting


Problem

User imports data (e.g. .CSV or .TXT file) from a flat file, using the menu item 'Import from Flat Files'. Afterwards, user clicks on 'Transfer - Log Reports', and clicks on the 'External Data' tab. User then selects their recent import, and clicks 'preview' button. Controller appears to hang, with the words 'Not Responding' appearing inside the blue Window title bar.
