Problem
Running the Application Support Installer with a Silent Installation Response File to apply Application Support on the TEMS, TEPS or TEP will fail.
Symptom
Attempting to use the Application Support Installer with a Silent Response File to apply ITM Application Support files supplied in a Product support package, such as a Limited Availability Package, displays a failure message.
Error
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 0
Additionally, the resulting Application Support files contained in the support package are not installed.
