Environment: ITM 6.1 FP6 IF5 (Driver: d8073b) Windows 2003 Hub TEMS Problem Description: Stopping the Hub TEMS causes an abend due to a failure stopping the SOAP Server within kshstop(). The Hub TEMS was running on a Windows Cluster, and instead of going into a stopped state after some time (up to 10 mins) of remaining in a 'Stopping....' state, it shows a status of 'Failed'.
