Error description

• After installation of APAR OA20705, SCLM no longer works well
  with data sets defined as aliases.  Doing MIGRATE or EDIT
  functions or using the STORE service, the following messages can
  appear:
  FLM39200 - ERROR RETRIEVING STATISTICS FOR DATA SET:
  PROJ.DEV1.ASM
  FLM39226 - ERROR ALLOCATING A TEMPORARY VERSION DATA SET
  CODE: 20
  FLM08501 - ERROR COPYING MEMBER TO VERSION DATA SET, CODE: 8

  When editing and versioning is active for the development group
  or promoting and versioning is active in the group being
  promoted into, SCLM receives the error message FLM39200
  attempting to retrieve statistics for the version data set
  which has been set up with an ALIAS pointing to another data
  set. The message FLM39200 is caused by SCLM using the SCLM
  data set instead of the related data set name specified via
  the ALIAS to retrieve the statistics.
  

Problem conclusion

• SCLM was modified to use the related data set name specified on
  ALIAS to retrieve the data set statitics when versioning is
  being performed.
