  This APAR adds the necessary support to z/OS Communications
  Server for OSA-Express2 10Gb Ethernets.

Temporary fix

Comments

• The OSA-Express2 10Gb Ethernet support currently available in
  Communication Server for z/OS V1R6 has been modified as follows:
  
    - The 10Gb Ethernet constant (QDIO10G) on the LINKTYPE
      parameter in IUTPL has been changed to '10'x to conform to
      architectural standards.
    - ISTLLCD3, IUTLLCS2, and IUTLLDMG have been recompiled as a
      result.
    - IUTFILU and IUTFILP have been included for maintenance
      purposes.
  
  The OSA-Express2 10Gb Ethernet support has also been routed to
  Communication Server for z/OS V1R4 and V1R5.
