Error description

  CQWeb 8.0.1 - read-only field set via field_value_changed hook
  included in templates when saving and also being loaded by
  template.
  
  The specific scenario is as follows when a user creates a new
  template to create a Defect on the CQ Web client:
  1. "Due_Date" field is read-only
  2. When the user selects a Severity, a field_value_changed hook
  sets the "Due_Date" field based on the value of the Severity
  field.
  3. User continues on to set other fields then creates and saves
  the new template.
  NOte. At this time the Read-only "Due_Date" field is included in
  the template.
  4. The user successfully saves the new Defect.
  .
  Scenario when loading the template:
  1. User creates a new Defect
  2. User loads the template previously created.
  3. Error pop-up to user: Due_Date cannot be modified because it
  is read-only.
  
  Defect:
  The read-only field should either...
  1. not be saved into the template
  or
  2. Not loaded by the template in the Web client.
  
  
  Workaround suggested:
  I have recommended that the user modify their template without
  the Severity set so the Due_Date is not set.
  However, there is likely multiple scenarios where fields are
  defaulted that are read-only so need a fix so the
  read-only fields are not included in the template. Users won't
  necessarily know all fields that are defaulted which
  are read-only so they can avoid setting them when working with
  templates.
  
  Problem has been duplicated with in-house testing

• We have not be able to reproduce on ClearQuest 8.0.1.1 and
