Error description

• Help panels HAAHBPRD, HAAHJPRD and HAAHJOPT currently contain
  text for "job cards" that specifically describe job card
  information - when, in fact, these data entry areas can also
  contain OCL from IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler and JCL comments.
  
  The help should also point out that a valid JCL JOB card must be
  specified, but it does not have to be specified on line 1 (it
  can appear on any of the lines).
  
  The HAA User's Guide should gain these same changes.
