Error description

• Tools Cutomizer CCQD700W message appears, due to x'00's inserted
  TCz DATASTORE, after a RUN of the ETI DISCOVER EXEC.
  If the Control file had the x'00' in it, Table Editor was
  parsing it into the DATASTORE, with the DISCOVER exec.
  .
  This fix will ensure that the DISCOVER exec isn't pulling in
  x'00's, into the DATASTORE, and only pull in the values.
