PROBLEM SUMMARY:
Cancel thread command did not work in v520 when v511 Agent is
used. KDPTKILL and some other panels were missed in v520 code.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
Panels, which are used with v511 Agent to cancel thread,
are added to v520.
