  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  1. A new Online Space Management utility has been provided to
     integrate and automate the reorganization task and the
     extension task. This utility can be run in stand-alone mode,
     or can be automated in the active autonomics environment.
     This enhancement is being implemented as a result of RFE
     requirements 32575, 32576 and 32577.
  2. The following potential problems have been also solved in
     this APAR:
     (1). Incorrect output in UOW EXCEPTION REPORT
     (2). FP stand-alone DB sensor abended with S0C4 in dirty
          getmain environment
     (3). OPC with FULLSTEP=YES looped when REPORT DD specified
          in the REPORT subcommand is not provided in JCL
     (4). OPC didn't set STARTTIME and STOPTIME for Autonomics
          Director notification
     (5). FPXAEST0 abended with S0C4 when OPC with FULLSTEP=YES
          abended with a user abend
     (6). OPC set incorrect date in Sensor Data Statistics report
     (7). FPA TUNE function ends with RC=00 even though the
          RAP_LONGSYN_PCT value exceeds the threshold value
