Closed as program error.
Error description
The collective utility gives incorrect directions when a collective controller is replicated more than once to the same server. It states: Error: The resources/collective directory already exists for this server. The server may already be a controller. To replicate the controller run the remove task or manually delete the resources/collective directory and try again. Manually deleting the mentioned directories does not work, use of the remmove task is required.
