Error description

• ERROR condition was raised when comparing DDL with catalog
  object.
  During OC compare, the source is a ddl file and the target is a
  database from db2 catalog, the compare job failed with rc=12.

  *                      can occur when comparing partitioned-   *

  *                      source is from DDL, the target is from  *
  *                      the catalog, and the number of          *
  *                      partitions is increased with the limit  *
  *                      keys being changed. This Oncode         *
  *                      depends on the layout of internal       *
  *                      storage and may not occur.              *

  The Oncode error is caused by trying to examine a flag in
  unowned storage.
