Error description

When investigating IBM Rational ClearCase performance issues
using the mvfstime or mvfsstat commands, Inconsistent data may
be displayed for excessive RPC delays. For example:

Largest excessive RPC delay: 2086 seconds    (0 RPCs longer than
30 seconds)

Problem conclusion

IBM Rational ClearCase versions 8.0.0.09 and 8.0.1.02 have been
modified to correctly calculate and report the maximum RPC delay
time.
