Error description
Customer migrated their environment from zWAS/WCG V6.1 to Version 8.0 and noticed that when they stop an LREE-Appserver gracefully via ISC, (no ImmediateStop or Terminate) the WCG jobs running in this server stops logging in JMC and also to the proxy job.

Problem conclusion
When the MVS Console STOP command is issued, WebSphere Application Server for z/OS has been updated to emit a JMX notification for stack products to listen for. The JMX notification message to filter on is "ws390.control.region.stopping". APAR PI05442 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix Packs 8.0.0.9 and 8.5.5.2 of WebSphere Application Server.
