In the WDIClient go to the Toolbar and click on Data Formats,
the Data Formats Query:All window will open.
Then go to the Data Format Dictionary Tab.
Highlight the specific dictionary you want to export and click
    on the Export icon.
The specific dictionary customer is attempting to export fails
    with this error:

11041 - A database error occurred while attempting to open table
"EDIENU33.EDIADFLOOPMEM". ODBC return code is: -1. Description:
CLI0129E An attempt to allocate a handle failed because there
are no more handles to allocate. SQLSTATE=S1014

Local fix

  • Export the dictionary from Data Formats Query:All > Data Formats
    Tab

Problem conclusion

  • The data relationship for the ADF Dictionary export allowed a
loop containing a record of the same name to fall into a loop
selecting rows from the ADF Record and ADF Loop Member tables.
The processing options on these tables are now updated in the
    ADF Dictionary class.

Temporary fix

Comments

  • DDL to constrain redundant names will be published in a Tech.
    Doc.
