Error description

• If Change Management or Object Compare processes a DDL
  file containing "SET CURRENT RULES = 'STD'", an ALTER statement,
  and then "SET CURRENT RULES = 'DB2'", the "SET CURRENT
  RULES='STD'" statement may appear after the ALTER statement in
  the WSL instead of before it.
