Error description

• DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS incorrectly issues errors when
  a DDL/GEN is run on MERGE statements.
  
  1. Unexpected token error occurs if the MERGE statement's
  "single-table-reference" has a qualified table name.
  
  2. Unexpected token after SELECT keyword when the MERGE
  statement is used with the "full-select" clause

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The Reverse Engineering program (GEN)   *
  *                      fails with a parser error.              *

  GEN fails with a parser error when processing DDL that contains
   at least one of the following items:
  
  1- A MERGE statement where the single-table-reference has a
  qualified table name. In this case, the job output includes
  the following error:
  
  "Unexpected token after [token] keyword - expected keyword
  correlation_name"
  
  2- A MERGE statement with a fullselect clause. In this case, the
  job output includes the following error:
  
  "Unexpected token after SELECT keyword - expected keyword ON"
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been resolved.
