• The installation of apps through App Center client app fails
  with following crash error on Android 10 devices  :

Local fix

• Designate all the apps on the Application Center as installer
  apps and then point the mobile browser to the installers link
  for ex: http://localhost:9080/applicationcenter/installers.html
  to download the application. This installers link is same as
  the one used to download the Application Center client.

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been fixed to avoid crash on Android 10 devices
  when apps are installed through App Center client app .
