Error description

• When creating a package via Db2 REST services, the host language
  will be type R.  The Admin Tool Rebind (RB) command, however,
  generates parameters (such as CURRENTDATA, KEEPDYNAMIC,
  IMMEDWRITE) which are incompatible with type R.  As a result,
  the rebind may fail with the following error messages:
  
  
  DSNT215I -DU2T DSNTBRB2 REBIND FOR
  PACKAGE = >package name< FAILED
  BECAUSE AT LEAST ONE BIND OPTION IS NOT
  ALLOWED FOR A REST SERVICE PACKAGE.
  DSNT233I -DU2T UNSUCCESSFUL REBIND FOR
  PACKAGE = >package name<

  The Rebind package panel (ADB21KR) does not check for host
  language type when displaying fields. This behavior causes
  invalid REBIND statements to be generated, and the following

  PACKAGE = >package name< FAILED
  BECAUSE AT LEAST ONE BIND OPTION IS NOT
  ALLOWED FOR A REST SERVICE PACKAGE.
  DSNT233I -DU2T UNSUCCESSFUL REBIND FOR
  PACKAGE = >package name<
