Error description

• Early filtration of network requests implemented with this APAR:
  no resources are allocated for incorrect requests with invalid
  size. This should prevent server errors (e.g. abends S422 or
  378, "ARYX020E--Memory allocation failed") in cases where
  invalid data is being sent to the server ports by some
  utility (e.g. vulnerability scanner).
