  When an Android app is built with web resources encrypted on a
  Windows development machine, the following error is seen when
  the app is launched on an Android device :

Local fix

• Use a Mac machine to build the project and use the webencrypt
  command

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been fixed by accommodating changes to work on
  the Windows platform. Update the cordova-plugin-mfp to the iFix
  with the fix and rebuild the app.
