  1) Truncation of FREQVAL parameters possible following IMPORT /
  EXPORT
  
  2) Panel HAA$EPRU, SYSCOPY Exception ICTYPE: acceptable values
  expanded to include C, E, J, L and M. Message HAA162E modified
  accordingly.
  3) Exception Conditions INSERTS_PCT and DELETES_PCT are 0
