Error description

• When running IMS API requester applications for a long time with
  a z/OS Connect EE V3.0.24.0 or later server, the following error
  message is reported:
  BAQR1145E: API endpoint connection error.
  
  Followed by:
  CEE3500S Not enough storage was available to load module.

  When asserted ID support was added to z/OS Connect EE in
  V3.0.24.0, a 512 byte memory leak was introduced on each IMS API
  requester request. The leak is observed whether on not ID
  assertion has been configured.
  
  The memory leak is not present with CICS and z/OS API requester
  applications.

• z/OS Connect EE has been changed so that memory that was
  allocated by the code introduced in V3.0.24.0 to allow
  ID assertion support is freed when it is no longer required.
  
  The fix for this APAR is expected to be delivered by the PTF for
  z/OS Connect EE V3.0.28.0 (PH19001).
