Error description

• An EXEC CICS WEB CONVERSE INTO NOINCONVERT is issued, the
  response does not have a Content-Length header and that results
  in a RESP=16 RESP2=41.

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: EXEC CICS WEB CONVERSE INTO() with      *
  *                      NOINCONVERT returns RESP(16) RESP2(41). *
  ****************************************************************
  A WEB CONVERSE call receives a HTTP response with a
  "Connection: close" header, no "Content-Length" header and a
  response body. As no content length was specified, CICS will
  issue a socket receive until all the data has been received.
  However CICS does not handle the end of the data correctly,
  causing an INVREQ RESP2=41 being returned to the application.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHWBCL has been changed to fix the scenario above.
