Error description

• IMS CTX TCB can cause ABENDS0C4 in GJEIC38x when threshold
  processing has been activated with the following command for
  Sysplex Manager server:
  F Serv-Jobname,THRESH START

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: IMS CTX TCB can cause ABENDS0C4 in      *
  *                      GJEIC38x when threshold processing has  *
  *                      been activated.                         *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF that corrects this APAR.       *
  ****************************************************************
  When IMS system is running with FP=N and LSO=S parameters, the
  IMS system creates DFSXC00 blocks into the extended private area
  of DLI SAS address space. Since Sysplex Manager accessed the
  storage area in IMS control region address space instead of DLI
  SAS address space to refer to DFSXC00 blocks for the threshold
  processing, the ABENDS0C4 in GJEIC38x occurred.
  

Problem conclusion

• Sysplex Manager improperly refers to DFSXC00 blocks to gather
  the information of PI locks even though IRLM is used as a lock
  manager.
  The following modules have been changed not to refer to DFSXC00
  blocks when IRLM is uses as a lock manager:
   - GJEIC35x
   - GJEIC36x
   - GJEIC37x
   - GJEIC38x
