PH18145: 'APPLY TO ALL VISUALIZATIONS THAT USE THE DATA SOURCE IN THE SAME CONNECTION' FOR DRILL-THROUGH DEFINITION DOES NOT WORK

Error description

• When having multiple tabs (say A,B) in the same dashboard and
  when you create a drill-through definition in a visualization of
  tab A with 'Apply to all visualizations that use the data source
  in the same connection' enabled, that definition should also be
  available for visualizations in other tabs (this was working in
  11.0.13). However, when you click on the visualization from
  other tab, it does not display it. When trying to create the
  identical drill-through definition for that visualization, the
  system throws 'Drill-through 'Report name' already exists.
