  IMS Tools Setup supports a new functionality of IMS
  Administration Tool V1.1 which enables to reuse IMS command
  processor batch JCLs used with IMS Command Control Facility.

• New ISPF panel HKTQPAT1 is added to choose whether the
  functionality is enabled.
  New customization JCL CUSTJCL(#A7ATY8) is generated, which
  defines ALIAS to necessary IMS Administration Tool load modules
  and migrates command options to corresponding Admin Tool options
  data set.
  
  To take advantage of this new functionality, corresponding PTF
  to the following APAR needs to be applied to IBM IMS
  Administration Tool for z/OS (FMID: HALC110):
  - PH15400
  For users who do not use the functionality, the prerequisite is
  not applied.
