Error description

• For third-party customers to implement the possibility of
  replacing the name of the utility DDTYPE on the TEMPLATE (when
  DDTYPE is an independent utility that is not a keyword for
  REORG) on the part of the parser. This feature will only work
  when using the SKIP_UTILB_SYNTAX_PREVIEW option in the "YES"
  position.
