Error description

• IMS Administration Tool ISPF and back-end enhancements in
  Resource change of Database and Application Administration and
  Import of Catalog and ACBLIB Management.
  
  The enhanced functions are follows:
    - Support a new format of COPYBOOK cross reference
    - Support multiple COPYBOOK cross reference data sets
    - Save DBD MACRO source updated with copybook
    - Performance improvement during IMS catalog populate
    - Process DBDGEN and PSBGEN for all members with skipping
      errors

  The resource change functions and the import objects function
  update DBDs and PSBs by COPYBOOK import, DBDGEN,PSBGEN,ACBGEN,
  and IMS catalog populate.
  This APAR improves usability and performance in the
  generation process.
  
  - Support type-1 XREF format that is a new format of
    copybook cross reference(XREF).
  - Support multiple copybook XREF data sets
  - Save DBD source that are updated with copybook
  - Process DBDGEN or PSBGEN for all DBD/PSB members even if
    some of them have DBDGEN/PSBGEN errors.
  - Performance improvement by ACBCATWK in populating IMS catalog
  - Fix some errors in parsing copybook
  
  Apply PH15154 to IMS Administration Tool web interface with
  this APAR PH15100.
