  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1. z/OS V2R4 introduces new fields to   *
  *                         record types processed by IZDS and   *
  *                         TDSz. IZDS and TDSz do not map these *
  *                         new fields.                          *
  *                      2. An SMF Collect may generate the      *
  *                         warning message:                     *
  *                           DRL0338W The section SMF4205A of   *
  *                           record SMF_042_5 was skipped       *
  *                           x time(s) due to error in offset,  *
  *                           length, or number.                 *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF and follow the        *
  *                 HOLD ACT instructions.                       *

  1. Record field changes introduced by z/OS V2R4 need to be
     mapped in IZDS and TDSz record definitions.
  2. The record definition for SMF record type 42 subtype 5
     may be incorrect for some SMF type 42 records.
  
  Problem Conclusion:
  IBM Z Decision Support and Tivoli Decision Support for z/OS
  have been enhanced to:
  1. Map the record field changes introduced by z/OS V2R4. No
     exploitation of the z/OS V2R4 changes are provided in this
     APAR, but users can customize their own definitions to
     exploit the new mappings provided.
  2. Collect without issuing MSGDRL0338W in error for SMF record
     type 42 subtype 5 records.
