    ****************************************************************
This APAR fixes the problem of the LIU internal function for
    the IMS Database Reorganization Expert.

The problem is occurred when the IMS Database Reorganization
Expert uses LIU to decode the DBD and print the resulting DBD
source statements from the IMS directory staging data set.
When the request from the IMS Database Reorganization Expert
comes to LIU, LIU reads the DBD, decodes it and return the
decoded source to the caller. If the request is for DBD in
the IMS directory staging data set, LIU wrongly reads it from
the active IMS directory data set which is not used in the
job. As a result of this, GET error with MSGGEX3510E is
caused and the reorganization job is aborted with
    MSGHPSG0011E.

This APAR fixes LIU to read DBD from the correct data set.
