Error description

• This APAR fixes the following issue:
  1) IC: Load balancing incorrect when object profile includes
  DSNDB01 and/or DSNDB06 objects as well as other spaces. IC for
  CATLG/DIR objects should be generated to a separate job and the
  remaining objects should be load-balanced across the remaining
  jobs.
