PH13568: EZBTMIC1 RETURNS INCORRECT BUFFER CONTENT FOR SYSTCPCN

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• SYSTCPCN real-time NMI interface returns a token that describes
  a buffer with an incorrect length.  Parsing the CTE entries
  in the returned buffer from EZBTMIC1 through the returned length
  results in invalid data at the end of the buffer.  The residual
  buffer content may contain x'00' or it may have an incomplete
  CTE entry.

Problem conclusion

• The NMI data generation routines have been updated to return the
  proper buffer length in the token.
