APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• 
 represents the ASCII "carriage return" character (ASCII
  code 13, which is D in hexadecimal), sometimes written "\r",
  rather than the "linefeed" character, "\n" (which is ASCII 10,
  or A in hex).
  Currently swagger transformation  is not supporting "&#xD" in
  documentation generation.
  

Local fix

• There is a work around to fix this, user can cut and paste the
  documentation field text before transformation.
  So it will replace the "&#xD" with "<br".
