Error description

• ABENDS0C4 in IPIIPROC during form-based report processing due
  to the record buffer containing no data. The buffer had been
  released and cleared during previous processing.  The S0C4
  occurs x'528' past label REC37.

  Abend S0C4 in IPIIPROC during form-based report processing due
  to the record buffer containing no data, the buffer had been
  released and cleared during previous processing.
  

Problem conclusion

• During BMPSYNC(YES) processing IMS PA constructs a record key
  for BMP checkpoint transactions to be reported individually,
  this key should be unique.  In this circumstance the key that
  was constructed was not unique and was matched by a
  subsequent MPP transaction which was processed, reported and
  deleted while the BMP checkpoint transaction was ongoing.
  
  This resulted in the record buffer used by the BMP checkpoint
  transaction containing invalid (null) data resulting in the
  subsequent abend. When IMS PA constructs a record key it should
  use a randomization technique to ensure uniqueness, this
  technique was not fully applied during the creation of BMP
  checkpoint records for reporting, this omission is corrected by
  this APAR.
