APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Build job may fail with HAAB016E error when trying to retrieve
  index or tablespace statistics, but none was was retrieved.  An
  exception was included for indexes, but only acted upon indexes
  of partitioned objects.  There were no indexes for partitioned
  objects included in the profile so the code was bypassed.  At
  the end of the processing, it appeared that no statistics were
  gathered.
  

Local fix

• Remove exception SYSINDEXSTATS CLUSTERRATIO < 95
