PH11356: ABEND0C4 DFHDUIO AFTER END OF VOLUME ABEND WRITING TO TRANSACTION DUMP DATASET

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Openapi Concurrency Required Execkey USER program sufferred
  an abend that required writing a dump to the CICS Transaction
  dump dataset DFHDMPA or DFHDMPB. DFHDUIO checks to see if the
  dump dataset needs extending and abend0c4 in DFHDUIO at offset
  x'0EB8' due to being on a L9 TCB and trying to modify key88
  fetch protected storage.

  *                      attempting to write a transaction dump. *
  ****************************************************************
  It is possible to suffer an abend 0C4 in DFHDUIO when the
  transaction dump data set fills up and the application is
  running on a L9 TCB.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHDUIO has been changed to ensure it is running on the QR TCB
  should the transaction dump data set fill up.
