Users are able to run the reports in Cognos 11.0.9. After upgrade to 11.0.13 users encounter the error: CQM package GEN-ERR-0002 The object '[Model Folder].[Query Subject].[Query Item]' used in the expression is not accessible for the current user. DQM package XQE-MD-0018 Object [Model Folder].[Query Subject].[Query Item] is not accessible due to model security settings.
