Error description

• Reorganization Expert destroys Database after HPSR3763E when
  PARTITION=(partname,n) is specified on (REORG) step and
  partition is assigned outside the range.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This problem occurs when IMS Database   *
  *                      Reorganization Expert reorganizes a     *
  *                      HALDB database. If both of the          *
  *                      following conditions are true, IMS      *
  *                      Database Reorganization Expert issues   *
  *                      message HPSR3763E and damages the       *
  *                      HALDB database:                         *
  *                      - Both REORGINPUT=ULDS and              *
  *                        PARTITION=(partname,n) are specified  *
  *                        in the (REORG) block of the HPSIN     *
  *                        control statement.                    *
  *                      - One or more partitions exist outside  *
  *                        the scope specified by the PARTITION  *
  *                        keyword.                              *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  This problem occurs when IMS Database Reorganization Expert
  reorganizes a HALDB database. If both of the following
  conditions are true, IMS Database Reorganization Expert issues
  message HPSR3763E and damages the HALDB database:
  - Both REORGINPUT=ULDS and PARTITION=(partname,n) are specified
    in the (REORG) block of the HPSIN control statement.
  - One or more partitions exist outside the scope specified by
    the PARTITION keyword.
  

Problem conclusion

• HP Load has been modified to reload the partition specified by
  PARTITION keypard with REORGINPUT=ULDS and not to damages the
  HALDB database outside the scope specified by the PARTITION
  keywords.
