Error description

• A report is created based on an OLAP data source, like Planning
  Analytics.  If two data items based on the same hierarchy are
  added to the Categories slot in a custom control, the report
  throws an error when it is executed:
  
  XQE-PLN-0213 Members of the "hierarchy_name" hierarchy are
  nested in a data container in a way that may be contrary to the
  natural hierarchy order.

• Custom controls use multidimensional data stores behind the
  scenes to store data. This is the current design limitation. The
  result of this is that items in the categories must follow the
  hierarchy, therefore you can't have 2 items from the same level
  .
  We would encourage customers to log this as an idea for public
  voting.
