Error description

• When routing rules are set up with server groups and data tags
  to route CQM packages to 32-bit dispatchers and DQM packages to
  64-bit dispatchers, adding a CQM package as source in New >
  Report shows the error 'This report service is configured for
  64-bit and only supports packages configured with the dynamic
  query mode.' When adding a DQM package as source to a new
  report, the package works with no error.
