  If a plugin thread clears the logger while other threads have
  pending log operations, they webserver may not stop all
  processes.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been modified so that the web server log is used
  instead of the piped logger during a stop operation.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.16 and 9.0.5.0.  Please refer to the
