Error description

• Now, Db2 UPDATE statements include only the cells that have
  changed values. With this (enhancement), when a user saves
  changes to a table, the Db2 UPDATE statement created by
  Db2 Table editor includes only the cells that the user updated,
  improving performance and speed.
  
  This fix includes the missing HOLD DB2 and DOC
  information that should have been in UI61218.
