APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Currently the match recipient service is NOT returning
error/blocked response for Opted out tokens whereas not allowed
tokens are being returned with 500 errorCode.
Also, the opted-out tokens are bypassing match recipient call
and getting failed in the final service call of send money or
request money.
We hope that FTM is making similar match recipient call as part
of CxcPayment or CxcPaymentRequest to EWS to identify opted out
tokens.
Could we create a defect with FTM to add opted out error
response in match recipient service so that we can block those
recipients upfront without even making CxcPayment or
CxcPaymentRequest service call?
