APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If a System Level Backup was created with BYPASS OFFLOAD and the
  copy pool has FASTREPLICATIONSTATE = DUMPONLY, then the SLB
  cannot be offloaded afterwards.
  Error message "ARYR011E - Cannot offload from a backup that is
  not on disk." is generated.
